Shipping & Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase from Full Moon Baby Gear. Items not purchased directly from Full Moon Baby Gear are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Should you need to dispute any detail of your transaction or return an item for a defect or flaw, (something that is the fault of FMBG) please contact terri@fullmoonbabygear.com. Contact must be made within 1 week of customer receiving the item, and the item must be in unworn (may be tried on briefly), unwashed condition. For defects and flaws, credit in the amount of purchase will be given, and the customer will be offered a replacement from either products already in stock, or custom made item at the discretion of FMBG. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Returns for other issues may be accepted as well, please email to discuss. I will accept pre-approved returns on unwashed/unworn merchandise - for EXCHANGE ONLY. I am unable to offer cash refunds and I thank you for understanding.

Shipping will be either Priority Mail or First Class Mail, depending upon how many items you purchase. Either way insurance is strongly recommended, since I cannot be responsible for packages lost in the postal service. The request for (and payment for) insurance is left up to you and should be made at the time you place your order.
